Recently I
have been getting more photos sent to me for the Web Site.. Thank
you , this is exactly what I was hoping for. Some of the
images are to dark or so large that I cannot use them. I have
posted a link to a site that has great tips for the few that don't do this
very often. Never scan anything for the web over 100 dpi....Make sure the
file is saved in jpg.. The Scanner above is a
Visioneer
and almost exactly like the one I use. It sells for about $50.00
and comes with a great software where you can save all of your snapshots
in a thumbnail view for easy finding. I use it all of the
time.
Just a note
for those of you that would like to have some of these photos. Hold
your mouse in the upper left hand corner of the photo..any photo on the
internet ? (Windows) Four little icons will appear ?
The first icon........Save in any
drive
Second icon.........Print
Third icon............E-mail to a
friend
Fourth icon...........Save in "My
Pictures"
If this dosen't work try Right Clicking
and Scroll to "Save Picture As"

purchase a professional print of any of the photo's that are stored there
for only a few cents !
