HARLESS, Dallas Ray CAZY ? Dallas Ray Harless, 70, of Cazy died Nov. 18, 2003, at home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Theron Ray and Esta Turner Harless.   He was a retired miner from Island Creek Coal Company with 19 years of service. He was a member of UMWA, a veteran of the Korean War and a member of the Van Lions Club and Cazy Freewill Baptist Church. He was a devout Christian and touched the lives of many individuals.  Surviving are his wife, Barbara; three daughters and a son-in-law, Valerie and Shawn Jividan of Sumerco, Kim Davis of Winfield, Tina Chaflet of Cambridge, Ohio; two sons, Shannon Harless of Cazy, Terry Harless of Cambridge; two sisters, Audra Smith of Beckley, Delma Ruth Blackburn of Cleveland, Ga.; 11 grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at Handley Funeral Home, Danville, with Tom Hale and the Rev. Carl Skeens officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, Madison, with military graveside rites performed by Daniel Boone Post 5578, Madison. Friends may call one hour prior to service.

HARLESS, Delmar Clay:  DELMAR CLAY HARLESS, 67, of Milton, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2002, at St. Marys Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, 2002, at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Minister Winfred "Bud" Lucas. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. He was born June 4, 1935, in Milton, W.Va., a son of the late Alvin and Ruby Ashworth Harless. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Annabelle Booth. He was retired from Perry-Norvell Shoe Factory and Black Diamond Produce. He was a member of Milton Church of Christ. Survivors include five daughters, Linda Moore of Wauconda, Ill., Kathy Smith of Lesage, Dorothy Schweinsburg of West Portsmouth, Ohio, Jackie Pullen of West Hamlin and Brenda Ferguson of Branchland; one son, Kenneth Harless of Barboursville; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Milton.

HARLESS, Doris Geneva:  DANVILLE - Doris Geneva Harless, 84, of Danville died July 7, 1998, in Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, after a short illness.  She was a member of Madison Assembly of God.  Surviving: sons, Bill and Delphus Goley, both of Novi, Mich., Morris Goley of Canton, Ohio; daughters, Jeanette Elkins of Bim, Glenna Miller of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; brothers, Jerome Campbell of Evanston, Wyo., Louie Campbell of Broken Arrow, Okla.; sister, Fosteen Lewallen of Hopewell, Va.; 20 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Handley Funeral Home, Danville, with the Rev.
